AmarEvents sends confirmation emails automatically when you approve a payment. For mass/bulk direct emails to all participants, you can use the Email Template at /organizer/email?id=YOUR_EVENT_ID to customize your message. For manual bulk outreach beyond confirmation emails, consider exporting your participant list (CSV/DOCX/Excel) and using an external email service. SMS bulk messaging is available at /organizer/sms?id=YOUR_EVENT_ID.
